anyone fixed weird dry patches?

Hey, my face has these dry patches that won’t go away. Tried some creams but no luck. Anyone know what actually works?

Probably eczema

All you can do is double moisturise those areas and stay consistent with creams and ointments

Diet also hugely helps

I am still facing this issue. and i don't know what should i do.? bumping thread for more ideas and recommendations.
or should i visit any aesthetics clinic?
