Anyone have experience with Selank or Semax?

Already ordered mine but wondering if anyone has used either of these, I'm trying to alleviate general social anxiety as well as improve focus

Planning on dosing 1x 250mcg Selank, 2x 500mcg Semax Daily Intranasally

I'm wondering if anyone has taken these and can share how long it took / if you were able to see noticeable or worthwhile effects on social anxiety or other aspects of brain function, also if anyone found a tolerance build-up as I've seen conflicting evidence on whether these need to be cycled.

I took NA-semax and it was good at making me focus but don’t take too much you’ll get overstimulated

I have NA-selank as well but I don’t take it that often so I can’t say much about it
