you can just get them from the pharmacy by buying them, either as allergy meds or sleeping pills depending on your country. takes abt 30 mins to kick in but it will be the deepest sleep of your life although idk ive never taken a dose below 500mg

It seems like everything takes at least 30 minutes to kick in! I was under the (wrong) impression that sleeping pills could knock you out within minutes, but I guess not. Half an hour is still quite a lot, considering I typically take 20 to enter dreamland.

Melantatonin works at first but not after a month or so and if u want prescription meds only take them if ur blood pressure doesnt run under 110/80 cuz it lowers it ALOT I had to be taken off of them for that reasoj
