Ive had it for a year or two but if never bothered me much now it has more than ever anyone got an idea what is it or a fix? (ntm on the nose thank you 🙏)

thats normal bud i have it too (for the straightened chin crease)
i have no idea what you mean by the nose.
 
It's called skin dryness (maybe you have excema) slather vaseline on those areas
