So just a quick info since I have to return back outside and be homeless again (at friends house). Arbutin is another kind of “bleaching agent”,it works in ways just like others,it inhibits melanocyte production and mobilization which overtime reduces overall level. For dark under eyes? Works. Lightening your skin? Not entirely,maximum a shade or 2 but that could take many many months.
