invest in good ones
do not go to a pool party or drink with them, i managed to lose both contacts in one night somehow so yes avoid substances and such if you have clumsy eyes

if you get a corneal ulcer your vision basically ends up fucked for the rest of your life unless you get to an ophthalmologist right away
and getting an appointment quickly with an ophthalmologist is impossible

Depends on how you look tbh but they arent a lot of effort at all once you understand how to properly put them in and take them out. Id recommend but dont get too light of a colour otherwise people will be able to tell and itll make you look goofy asf. If it hurts then ur eyes are probably dry and u should probably take them out for a while. Make sure u know how to properly take care of them and clean them
