Only good to fraud
they're only good if u use a sterile needle to stab the pimple and gently drain it (only if it is a whitehead)
they help keep it clean atc which prevents it from coming back n eases the redness, sudocream also helps spots as its antiseptic
other than that they do help to keep u from picking etc which prevents scarring
