My teeth are quite yellow and I've been considering using whitening strips. But I'm still a bit worried since I heard from my friend that it may contain a lot of chemicals that can cause conditions (such as cancer).

If you have recommendations (preferably natural or trusted brands) maybe even tricks without using sketchy products please recommend me

yeah, they're good, don't overuse them tho. i'd say crest 3d white strips is up there in terms of quality, and ur almost certainly not gonna get cancer from them. if u rlly don't wanna risk it, try baking soda brushing or smt.

can confirm baking soda works. after brushing normal time with it for 4 days my teeth were so much whiter

the only thing that’s confirmed to whiten your teeth is hydrogen peroxide, it’s not recommended to just use it directly though so dilute it 1:1 in water or they have mouthwashes that are made with it but you’ll have to use it for longer than a normal mouthwash and it’ll take a while or ofc the whitening strips for quicker results and a good brand is crest.

dentists use the same chemicals no?
And hydrogen peroxide is what dentists use for professional teeth whitening but ofc at higher percentages

Yes, but buy good ones
