Are these eyebags or weaker undereye support? I got the latter but i want to know the difference

Maybe, because Taylor hill has one cause of her weak under eye support which explains some scleral show in her eyes, but the second photo is not the reason of weak under eye support

I don't have scleral show but I still have weak under eye support

some people can have weak under eye support but still have no eye bags

Just depends on the fat pads
