Food addiction is the most frequent craving for a particular food. Most people can’t digest, assimilate, and utilize what their bodies need from non-nutritional or fully cooked foods, so they decide to overeat and counteract this unhealthy habit by fasting.
On a completely healthy raw diet, it is almost impossible for a person to overeat, when every meal includes meat. The body loses its appetite when it needs are satisfied. If someone deprives their body of what it needs, they will experience emotional deprivation and malnutrition. Eating the food a person craves fresh and raw brings on a degree of physical and emotional satisfaction that would not have ill repercussions. Seems like it would be water, however, I see a lot of people promoting intermediate fasting, then eating whatever they’d like when it’s time to eat.
The issue with intermediate fasting.
To fast whilst expecting to meet your appearance goals, including your face, is a contradiction.
Not eating or drinking food, starves healthy cells, as well as weak cells. After five hours of not eating or drinking food cells become cannibalistic and eat each other, causing extreme, systematic toxicity. I do not recommend fasting for anyone that doesn’t need to cut weight by a certain date, or for anyone that is both focusing on losing weight and maximizing their looks. Sure it is nice, meeting your goals, quick. However, doing it in the most sufficient way for your body is obviously the best choice. Gradually detoxifying the body through good nutrition should be your ultimate priority, not whatever makes you look thinner temporarily.
