arm acne advice

pls i’ve tried everything ive tried the same skincare that cleared my face, stuff from my derm, dandruff shampoo on my arms lit everything how do i get rid of the acne on my arms

What helped me immensely is applying Cetaphil+ coconut oil

only thing is oil tends to clog my pores and worsen it do you put it on and then wash it off?

i have really good hygiene i exfoliate and shave my arms, i use a bar soap, regular body wash, and cleansing body oil EVERY DAY in the shower im very clean i promise

If I remember correctly I used to put Cetaphil on, massage for like 30 seconds and clean it a bit with water. For coconut oil I used to leave it all night on my face and shoulders.

it’s healing kind of i get these like pretty huge pustules ones a month and then they dry and turn like how they are in the pic and once they start to fade i get more huge pimples

i wash my sheets once a week
i am very clean i promise you the acne is hormonal it comes a week before my period every month without fail it has nothing to do with that

3 times a day is ideal

Wouldn't something like tret + hydroquinone be most effective then. I'm not sure how suitable it is for bodily use tho

i might be wrong but looks more like Keratosis Pilaris

i used to have it, but fixed by using a strong cleanser on my arm and spending more time in the sun its also supposed to get better with age

yeah it usually gets better in the sun but i do also get pustules did you get that too?

i used to get pustules, im not sure what made me stop getting them but probably a combination of diet and skincare. idk havnt had any in a long time.

This is the cleanser i used, scrub your arm with it in shower daily until it goes away then do it just like once or twice a week to maintain.
Also im not sure if it helps but i put moisturiser on my arm after the shower too just cuz thats what i do to my face so makes sense to me.

yeah i use a very thick eos vanilla lotion on my arm too i dont think that helps ill try the face moistourizer if that worked for you LOL
