aromatase inhibitor question

so i’m doing research on tesamorelin and i’ve discovered you need an AI in order to avoid an estrogen spike due to raised gh and igf-1 levels, i’ve landed on using anastrozole due to it being a relatively safer AI but i read that if you don’t taper off it can cause an estrogen spike so how do i avoid that considering they are pills without scores? is there a different solution to this issue lmk fellas

(btw id take hgh or androgens but im pussy and im gunna try tesa if i like it maybe ill switch to hgh prolly not tho)

To taper off a pill that doesnt have “scores” idk what that means but im assuming you mean that it doesnt have any lower concentration pills, just take it every other day and then every 3 days, etc. until youre done with it

certain medications like adderal will have scored pills to break it up into smaller doses, but from researching more anyway i think if i where to stay around a 5-10mg weekly tesamorelin dosage and keep my insulin sensitivity in check that my est shouldn’t rise too much and if it does my test will match it and level everything out
