How the fuck do you stop your Estrogen levels from tanking on Ai's? Do you just have to take low doses? Because l've had people just telling me to do Al's instead of fgfr3 inhibitors because they're better, but most of these guys are running test with it so they need to. I ain't running test so how can I prevent it?

u can try 0.25 mg arimidex, and monitor estrogen w bloodwork but I would recommend natural aromatase modulators like DIM or calcium D glucarate if ur not taking test mark as solution

Take both
Get your bloodwork checked and then adjust your dose accordingly
