Well, I started off tiktok like an idiot and followed some copes for a bit like thumbpulling, did nothing obv. So then, I went onto .gg, .org and .com and started reading botb and stuff.

Grew out my hair
Eye-drops for sclera
Mewing which has little to no affects
Calorie Surplus, cleaned up diet
Gym
Spend atleast 2 hours outdoors in the sun everyday
9+ hrs of sleep
Bonesmash as controversial as it is

WHAT I'M GONNA DO:
I'm prolly gonna run test and var, will do more research

Why not in the meantime of researching those (test and var) make sure everything else is dialed in? Diet,, nutrients, etc. Maybe look for ortho if necessary
