in my experience, no amount of ascension will ever erase your nd. people can always tell; even if you max out your charisma, master the art of speaking their language and have studied yourself stupid within their interests.
i’m genuinely not bad-looking and i still drive away *entire groups* of people just by looking at or standing near them. going to a christmas market with friends today really gave me the reality check i needed, i guess.
additionally, i’m the only one in my friend group that doesn’t ever get spoken to, complimented or in literally any way interacted with and it’s not that i’m vastly uglier than any of the others or anything.
i’ve honestly just finally given up because what the hell else do i have left to do if i don’t want to get hookers or std-ridden freaks and simply desire a “normal” person lmfao
