at 17 your clavicles can easily add another cm to each side tbh, and you can gain 4cm each side due to muscle

So this will be around 4-5 inches increase if you go all in
i do reeves deadlift, fixed my posture, high protein and high carb diet tbh
 
also i just found out that my chest gap is not even wide, its just like jeff seid, slightly disconnected in the bottom, yay motivation for chest has come back
Mirin, I also have a chest gap in the bottom, worse than Jeff Seid but not death tier
 
If i blast peptides at a young age will the effects last throughout my older years? or go away once i stop using them
Depends on which peptides

If you somehow manage to maximize bone growth during puberty obviously you won’t lose anything

But you can lose muscle and collagen

Best way would be surgery liposuction from other areas and lipo filling into ass

But natural way would be

Lifting Heavy – Hip thrusts, squats, deadlifts (3-4x/week)

Progressive overload (add weight weekly)

Bulking: 300-500 extra calories/day, 1g protein/lb bodyweight

Glute Pump Work: Banded kickbacks, cable pull-throughs (high reps, 3x/week)

Recovery: Sleep 8hrs+, deload every 6 weeks

and optimizing your hormones (estrogen mainly)

how about supplements? i only have creatine at home and prework out idk if i should take them or nah or if theres anything else i should get

just eating a bunch of fruits and maybe coconut water or any electrolytes mogs, also another question, this is from my experience, i do dips and always feel the stretch in my clavicles, in a good way i mean as in i dont get injured or whatever so is dips effective for widening ur clavicles cause u stretch ur clavicles really deep during dips

No exercise will make your bones grow honestly, but stretching is good overall

The growth in clavicles would be all about hormones diet sleep

You can make bones thicker with mechanical stress though

stop putting load on your arms, and for spot reducing I think only botox will do (wil atrophy the muscle)

If you stick to calorie deficit and stop training the muscle this will reduce its size
 
my bulk is making my face bloated and its rope fuel
But you can consume less sodium and less carbs and take low dose diuretics to keep bloating somewhat manageable

isn't caffeine technically a diuretic
it is, but not the most effective, there is furosemide (lasix) which is one of the most potent diuretics
