Depends what you are going for higher reps like 15 rep for 3 sets will help with endurance 3 sets of 8-10 for muscle growth 3 set of 6-8 for strength

another question, my lateral raise is like 16.5 lbs for 10 reps and my bicep curls are 16.5lb for 8 reps, so is my shoulders strong or is my biceps weak af, cause i have never seen someone lateral raise more than they curl

yea but if the argument is he will get bigger and more anabolic, why not put him on a gram or 2. I feel like for a first anabolic cycle you shouldnt take that much. Everyone responds different so I’d just feel it out with 250 test and up the dose if he responds well.

Also you should educate him that there is a big possibility that he will be on trt for life.

Not really, it’s very easy to restore HPTA if you do PCT right and don’t cycle for too long
 
Hello iam 22 I want to gain as much muscle as possible safely with PEDs and sarms I know they are not safe but I want to mitigate the side-effects as much as possible through building a proper stack to overcome side effects
My goal is to gain muscle with facial growth while mitigating hairloss with proper support and pct
How long should be the cycle?on and off
What changes can I expect?
What dose should I take?
Probably there are many stacks tell me few and how they are different from each other in terms
I know it's a lot but I'll truly appreciate your answers
