Ray peat states daily aspirin supplementation at 81-100mg (I think)

-helps with energy production similar to the thyroid hormone
-has anti-stress affects by lowering harmful carbon monoxide toxicity
-helps with brain health by defending against oxidative free radicals damage in effect reducing the risk of Alzheimer’s
-helps with inflammation by blocking the formation of harmful inflammatory prostaglandins
-has anti-estrogenic properties by reducing expression of aromatese

Is this a grail or something to dismiss?
