the problem with mewing is it doesn't work for everyone. For example online normie websites just say "put your tongue on the roof of your mouth". So people just put the tip of their tongue on the roof but nothing happens. Mewing only does something if you put the back of your tongue on the roof. But me and some others cannot put the back of our tongues on the roof of our mouths.

More fat loss + gym than anything imo. Mewing by itself doesn't show much results. In the after photo you can see more definition in the jaw because of fat loss and he closed his mouth.
