At home micro needling can help with acne scars, enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, texture, stretch marks, wrinkles, smile lines, and eyebags. It's super easy to do as well. You can use any microneeling pen (I use Dr.Pen) along with a glide/serum. I recommend GHKCU topical, PDRN, or hylornic acid. There is a bunch of different glides for different skin concerns/benefits. I use 2.5mm depth for my cheeks, 1.5mm for my forehead, nose, and smile lines, 0.75mm for my eyebags and lips (plumpness and hydration.) Also keep in mind that acne scars face quicker on your forehead since the skin is thinner. I would do this every 2-4 weeks for the best results. I do lines going up, side ways, and small circles with the pen around 3 times each. It has helped me so much with my PIE after suffering from severe acne and getting on accutane. It also gives a nice glow to the skin. If you do this, avoid sun exposure for 1-2 days and excess sweating. After that ur pretty much good to do anything. I highly recommend you guys look into this and if you have any questions pls lmk!!!!
