I'm india I don't know how tall my real parents were but I was expected to be 5;7 as an adult however my doctor did tell me the only way for me to bring up my height now was LL

I ate very little during prime years which could be why I don't know if goin gone a bulk would be worth it even for heigh growth at this spoint
