for 20 weeks!

after shedding all the water and fat the net from first cycle was 8 lbs lean tissue which isn't horrible, but still nowhere near where I want to be visually. tho I'm more optimistic about this attempt since further optimizing my diet and training.

Update the physique last time you posted that video you looked decently lean just lacking size
lost a lot of fullness since coming off tbol and cutting the test dosage in half, but managed to corrected some asymmetry in arm size and ofc give my body a break.

Titrating test up rn I think I’ll be at 500 in like 2 weeks
thats what I would've done in hindsight.
I’ve seen a lot of good results with worse bases only on 350 test well it depends on your AR sensitivity tbh but 750 will definitely get you big fast
diet was the limiting factor on my last attempt. this time I'm bringing meal prep so we'll see.
 
Make sure you’re training hard like really hard in the gym too
I do but tbh need to prioritize legs more this time. here's my split.

anterior day:

3x incline press

3x pec deck

4x cable lat raise

3x overhead tricep extension

3x hack squat

2x forearm extension

cycling warm up

posterior day:

3x pullup

3x tbar row

2x chin up

2x seated cable row

2x rear delt fly

2x recline curl (reverse standing preacher)

3x leg curl

cycling warm up

shoulder, neck, ab day:

2x y raise 3x cable lat raise 4x rear delt fly 4x neck curl 4x cable crunches 20min cycling

recovery day:

20min cycling

for diet the best thing I did was get a food scale + some tupperware and learn to cook chicken and rice
