azealic acid is super good for acne, anti bacterial bodywash i think it is called hibiscrub? if its fungal any dandruff shampoo helps, african wash cloths

accutane ruins the liver, not worth it when it can be fixed naturally. some peptides which give effects that are not achieveable naturally may be worth the liver toxicity but accutane isnt worth it
