Guide bare minimum hygiene for those who need it

showering:
  • scrub scalp with fingers
  • hair should be washed 1-4 times a week but not consecutive days
  • rub behind ears
  • lather your entire body (focus on armpits, ass, and feet)with soap, no, the water running down will not wash your feet
  • you can brush your teeth in the shower if you struggle with getting up just to do that, trimming your nails also works here
  • don't shave the same spots every time u shower, it'll scar up and hurt (especially legs), let ur body breathe especially in winter u dont need to be shaving ur legs, just armpits and pubes
  • if ur pubes are long trim them before shaving, saves you a ton of time
  • wash your cooch with water, rinse it real good. and if you have coochie soap use unscented soap. idc if the scented will make ur pussy smell good because the chemicals in the scent are gonna throw off the pH
underwear:
  • wear cotton undies/bra and nothing else, those other materials can make your cooch stink and they have plastic in them
  • do NOT wear pantie liners (mini pads) every day, theyre made of plastic which is obviously bad. you're not gonna get a trophy for not having discharge stains on your undies
  • let your boobs breathe, dont wear a bra 24/7 especially if you're home, unless you have a reason to wear it. take it off at home and when you sleep
  • change your undies daily, bacteria gangs up fast down there because you sweat, do not wear the same pantie for more than a day. bras can be stretched out to more days if they're clean.
body odor:
  • apply and reapply deodorant when you feel you're gonna stink again
  • if you can't or dont wanna wash your body, get a wet wipe and just wipe yourself down especially in the stinky areas
  • when you pee, wipe with a paper towel from your cooch to your ass, not in reverse, the poops coming from your butt can give you diseases in your cooch
  • when you poo, wash your ass or wipe with wet wipes first and dry it off with paper towels, toilet paper alone won't save you
  • perfume is optional if you can't have it or afford it, what i recommend is scrubbing real hard with shampoo in the shower both your hair and body so it can hold on to the smell, works good with hair.
face and teeth:
  • if you don't have skincare, wash your face with cold water in the morning and some sort of soft or safe soap to wake up and dont dry with the hand towel, use a towel just for your face.
  • plucking your unibrow and moustache is important, dont have to pluck but you need to get rid of them without shaving.
  • when brushing your teeth, dont scrub in circles, flick the toothbrush from your gums to the outside in one line so that the bacteria gets thrown off your teeth, going in circles is just taking them for a ride. use anti plaque toothpaste if you can. you can also add baking soda on top of it for a more abrasive effect if you got lots going on in your mouth, dont recommend if your gums bleed
  • the more you brush your teeth, the less your gums will bleed as they'll adapt
  • don't eat directly before after brushing, wait about 30 minutes, the food can react with the toothpaste and actually break down your enamel
sleep:
  • if you cant change or wash your pillowcase often, dont sleep with your face touching it, bacteria gangs up real fast on your pillowcase and it can give you acne
  • change bedsheets once a week and pillow case more than once a week depending how dirty it gets
  • close your mouth when you sleep, not just for looksmaxxing reasons but when you open your mouth while sleeping, it'll dry out the saliva in your mouth that's responsible for cleaning your teeth, and you might swallow a fly, ew.
  • no blue light before sleep, even better if you can do no phone before sleep. just use a red or blue light filter on your phone at least. blue light makes your brain think its daytime and it can mess your sleep like crazy
