I’ve been following the ray peat diet for 2 weeks now and in terms of thyroid and other health markers I’ve been feeling better. It’s also not that restrictive the best part is blasting tons of sugar. My noticeable results are lower stress,less lethargic,better mood and the hair growth is more than expected. Overall good lifepill improvement.

To also mention:I’ve been in a slight caloric surplus and once I’ve started the diet I’ve noticed less weight gain despite the same calories.
