I'm a student. A footy player. At uni we are encouraged to party... attend events... promote events... take pics / videos... We basically work as promo guys. We get free beers all the time... Almost every night of the week.

Is it practical drinking a lot and retain a great physique?

I'm worried this lifestyle will pile on the pounds and my appearance will suffer.

Any advice?

Depends on the mood, it does have some negative effects tho, red wine is far healthier for ur knowledge
 
if it fits your macros its fine

if you're drinking 10 beers watching football everyday and not working out then no.

how many events weekly?

honestly just starve on event days that’s what i do in uni lmao
 
Drink and keep working out and you'll be aight plus drinking is fun just dont do it more than 1-3 times a week
 
I will have a sandwich, crisps, bottle of water per day. The rest of my intake is beer (and the occasional shot)
if ur hitting ur macros/cals that’s all that rlly matters imo
