I think North europeans would have a better time gaining contrast via improving their often dispersed eyebrows. And i dont mean drawing them and making black since that just look tacky and incredibly low class.

better to use minoxidil to thicken them out and let skin become maximumly pale. Especially since that would protect from uv damage
