Well obviously the best option is always reta but I'm assuming you don't have easy access to it

For more DIY methods gum is really good as mentioned above, if you don't mind a little bit of stomach pain.

Over the counter sleeping pills are good if you can't sleep because you're too hungry

Your body will eventually start burning fat and you will feel less hungry. I've gone on a 4 day fast before drinking nothing but water and eventually you just stop having cravings and feel like if you were satiated. So yeah just endure thru the pain. After 24h-48h you won't probably feel the sensation that you need to eat

Remember that hunger is just a sensation and that it isn't going to kill you, it's just a bit uncomfortable. Our bodies can go a lot of time without eating
