You expect me to name muscles specifically when I’m taking to a literal noob. Also tell me water when I’m explaining basics to a noob. Just sit down lmao
She’s been very long on the forum and I don’t think you should be portraying her as dumb. And you’re explaining is something a 10 year old could barely understand but the average adult with a bit of experience would know all this.

Anyone who works with the bmi system isn’t the most knowledgeable when it comes to this topic. You can disagree ig but that’s my opinion and it shaped my view of what she knows and doesn’t. If she already know everything then what’s the point of this thread.

I know about muscles and stuff I used to work out alot when i was younger but I had an ed and then developed pots as a result i also gained roughly 50lbs during and after recovery I mainly ask for advice cuz everytime I try to lose weight I end up starving myself and having a pots flare up

Well here’s the thing,the BMI system dosen’t apply good if you have lots of muscle mass but the average person isn’t build good with muscle so of course it can apply. Other factors such as body fat are easy to estimate with devices but no matter what you’ll actually use to measure you will never get an accurate number. If you just click on my account and scroll through my threads you’d know you shouldn’t call me dumb too if that’s what you’re implying with “isn’t the most knowledgeable”. We could also have another debate in another topic of the human body instead of weight and maybe I could brutally IQmog you next time compared to this one.

Just make sure to not put your goal so low and don’t look in the mirror much.

I’m pretty sure this isn’t the only word people have attached “mog” to it but keep in mind I’m being “salty” because water advice on the forum is just straight dogshit and I hate to see people spread it.

Her problem was belly fat and she was talking about weight loss only. I thought I’d just add the advice that weight loss alone might not get her there. A lot of noobs don’t know this. Building muscle causes the muscle to proliferate,this causes a bigger muscle. Bigger abdominal muscles=Bigger waist. It’s that simple.

You don’t understand what I’m saying yet complain about water advice this is too fucking funny. Hope you realize that that pouch is a combination of fat and loose skin probably. So building the abdominal muscle, while it might grow your waist by 1-2cm, will make it appear more tight and flat. Which is the actual goal here. Keep on starving and expecting it to look perfect when you’ll just end up skinny fat. I already explained all of this though. I don’t need to argue, my flat stomach speaks for itself. How would you know that you’re leaner than me. Though I didn’t say and never will say “I’m leaner than you” or something similar it dosen’t prove a point, I wasted my time here if I’m honest but I’d have to admit I’m salty towards you but the only childish behavior I did was probably act a bit egoistic or in general bothering to to interact with someone like you but I’ll still wish you a good day as a bye.
