19% is like bordering athletic range its not bad
20-22% is already athletic range for women. Going below 18 can cause problems for some, but depending on your genetics you could also be fine. Limit is 10-15% That would be stage lean though.
Fat distribution i carry alot in my stomach
You can still look fit in 18-22% range, no need to go below. It’s just important to train your abs, corset muscles for a more snatched look. Don’t train the sides though as to not make your waist appear wider.

Hair is in my face its a pic from the 15th to be fair I gained 5lbs recently cuz i kept drinking 16-32 oz chocolate milk daily

Go to the gym and clean up your diet = problems solved
Gym is hard for me cuz i have POTS same with cleaning my diet too much I can maintain eating like 1000 cals a day which I did for a month or so but soduim causing bloating and my doctor wants me to eat 4000mg-6000mg daily

Do low impact workouts. Please stop thinking starving is gonna get you to your dream body. You need to build at least some muscle and maintain a macro balanced diet in a sustainable deficit. 1.4-1.6k should be enough for you to stay very lean… Also do lymphatic drainage cause of the bloating

this is the only good thing you said posted. Except training abs will not make it them slimmer even in a deficit,worst in a surplus,also the “sides” which are the obliques are being used in every single ab exercise you can’t avoid it.

Work your abs to gradually get rid of the rib flair. Might never fully go but can get way better

1.400cal-1.600cal is the maintence calories of someone who has the basal metabolic rate of someone who’s small (5’2-5’5 and very underweight around 15,that’s way too low which dosen’t match your post here at all. And lymphatic fluid dosen’t mean bloating because It’s just extra fluid that contains nutrients and cells that didn’t reabsorb into the bloodstream properly meanwhile most water retention is muscular or subcutaneous and not actually lymph. @Drownedwithhim can safely lean down to a BMI of 18 since it’s the safest skinny for females due to Adipocyte importance in estrogen regulation.

Tightening your corse can indeed make you look more snatched if you’re skinny fat and haven’t been training. I assumed this is the case here since she was starving and getting down to a really low weight before.

js what worked for me personally + low impact manteinance workouts. but i get that it can be unhealthy, i think bmi 19 is a good goal

yeah for sure. i think just keeping a calorie deficit (not a huge one) during half a year or a year could work well. its just that people here want to see results fast so they might suggest more intense methods.

A corset could alter soft tissue but not hard tissue like bone.

water retention set by sodium,also usually triggered by carbohydrates that reabsorb sodium into the kidneys and cause you bloated but it’s never by lymphatic drainage
