Hey guys, Ive been a sourdough enjoyer for a while, and I've been eating bread my whole life.

But I wanted to know what the best type of bread for staying lean (If that isn't an oxymoron) is, in your opinions.

Especially because school is starting up again soon, and I've been skipping cheese in my sandwiches I make for myself due to hearing that it can bloat you. So it'd be a good plan for me to know what bread to make them on, as well.

Nothing beats waking up early and going to your local bakery to get some government subsidised Baguette

You have already the best one if made by yourself : the sourdough is literally the best bread out there, just try to make it yourself or found some with whole/half grain wgeat, rye or even oats/barley flour.
