btw does nutritionmaxxing make a big difference in controlling hunger??

im semi-copying AlphaDestiny's diet but not doing vegan, to see how much easier it feels

example during a cut he will make "oatmeal" (not fucking oatmeal): 15g oats, 125g blueberries, 5g seeds but i added a scoop of protein
