The goal of cardio is to simply get it done. You should attempt to make it feel as though as little time is passing as possible and not pay attention to the clock. Additionally, by “saving” your dopaminergic activities for when you are doing cardio (meaning not scrolling while sitting down) you can classically condition yourself to subconsciously crave doing cardio (to an extent)

Therefore the most optimal activity to accompany cardio is the most exiting/stimulating activity on your phone.
Some I use are:
-Tiktok (2x speed ideally)
-Writing an interesting thread (gets you focused)
- Scrolling facebook marketplace (good deal on purchase = enhanced dopamine release)
- 2x speed bodycam video on youtube (excitatory due to the suspense, and jfl at them)

Furthermore, you can maximize you enjoyment by:
-Consuming your choice of sweetened beverage (sugar free obviously)
-Being sexually aroused (texting/snapping foids)
-Notificationmaxxing (go on dnd for a bit until you do cardio so you can receive all the gratification while on the treadmill/stairmaster)
-Consuming stimulants:
most optimal would be adderall ir or other short acting amphetamines, however caffeine and dmaa work as well if you are a law abidingcel.
