And also is it useful to exercise a side more than the other till i dont have asymetry anymore, or is it bs ?

asymmetry might be fixable with jaw line exercises but most likely cope

Im sleeping on the back rn, to not making things worse, also whats cope ?
 
I think only masseter training works, and all the other bs u see is cope, if you are recessed you are not gonna fix recession from any exercise.

The best way to improve your jawline is increase testosterone, fast and do cardio. Make sure you get full nights of sleep because testosterone is produced in the morning. Chew lots of gum. Eat shit tons of protein bars. Do fasting at least in the mornings. Go for a lot of walks. Do it for at least 6 months

If your jaw or chin is already “recessed” and you’re not growing anymore it’s unlikely for you to get it where you want without surgery. A lot of people just need a lower body fat percentage and a mouth posture change though.

Yeah bro very likely you still are, and your bones aren’t fully fused yet. Even a doctor can confirm this for sure if you ever get an xray on your wrist or another joint.

Im in my mid 20s now and still growing over an inch per year. Stopped growing for a while 17 and started again at 19 and went from 6’1 to 6’6 in my mid 20s now. My teeth and jaw and cheekbones can still move and fluctuate around a lot for someone my age because the bones are malleable and basically in “growth mode” still. So combined with being lean and lowering my body fat percentage and doing a little bit of mewing I easily gave myself an extremely chiseled jaw and now I’m modeling overseas
