Im 15 so i think that im growingThe best way to improve your jawline is increase testosterone, fast and do cardio. Make sure you get full nights of sleep because testosterone is produced in the morning. Chew lots of gum. Eat shit tons of protein bars. Do fasting at least in the mornings. Go for a lot of walks. Do it for at least 6 months
If your jaw or chin is already “recessed” and you’re not growing anymore it’s unlikely for you to get it where you want without surgery. A lot of people just need a lower body fat percentage and a mouth posture change though.
