yes ty and i will start adding in more cardio and of recent i have been working on bonemass, ty this is the most detailed advice ive got so farThe best way of all is to cut out processed foods, sugars and reduce salt.
Upon that do cardio daily consistently even 30 minutes is good and drink lots of water.
Id say better to go out than a treadmill because going out will make you sweat more rather than inside the gym from my experience.
You need bones for the bonemass to show otherwise all cope
more cardio is relatively useless as long as you sweat out. I did a slow job for 15 minutes today and a sprint at the end for a minute and I sweat out a shit ton and my bones were showing as what others saidyes ty and i will start adding in more cardio and of recent i have been working on bonemass, ty this is the most detailed advice ive got so far
