If your tryna debloat or get a leaner face take these supplements, been taking these for couple months now and have seen results

Zinc
Magnesium
Fish oil
Vitamin c
L carnatine
Dandelion root
B6 vitamin
Theanine
Probiotic + prebiotic
Collagen powder
Electrolyte tablets

Worked for me personally I trialed taking different doses and found a good balance

Taking all of these consistently while doing cardio and mostly being on an empty stomach Damages your inner lining of your stomach so taking acid reflux tablets helps a lot

There all seperate apart from probiotic and prebiotic

I recommend taking most together if you eat before but if on an empty stomach take throughout the day

1 zinc morning and night
2 dandelion root morning night
1 vitamin c morning
2 magnesium night
2 fish oil morning and night
1 tsp L cartine night
1 theanine morning
1b6 vitamin morning
1 probiotic and prebiotic morning and night
1 scoop Collegen powder night
1 cup electrolyte night

If u want just lean face dandelion root and zinc is fine but if you go gym and don’t wna lose gains taking these plus protein helps
