its not a myth! Drinking potassium won’t do alot to debloat unless you cut out the salt and processed shit u eat
like @submissivechud said, 4:1 potassium to sodium will help

Potassium flushes excess salt and water retention out of your face it works if u wanna see results you have to go no sugar and no salt or very minimal and never closer than 4hrs before bed. That and 2600-3400 mg of potassium and 4L of water
