Best ways to debloat ?

coconut water, furosemide but it's hard on the kidneys

if you drink a lot of water then some coffee in the morning it'll help you debloat too

i suppose, eating well, and cutting bloating foods and sugary meals, 😁 water is also good,
sugary meals do nothing to bloat you and are actually healthy because you don't have to spend time converting carbohydrates->sugars

drink atleast 3L of water a day

limit yourself to 400mg of sodium - thats 1.5g of salt a day
