wrong moment to ask but as far as i know obv 8-9+hrs of sleep, no screens b4/after sleep, try to wake up naturally w sunlight, try cold water+vaseline on ur eyebags right as u wake up, try sleeping w ur head elevated, try a caffeine serum, etc
