best work outs and diets for losing body fat % ?

not trying to gain any heavy visible muscle tho
You won't even if you tried tho lol

Anyways, just eat less than 1700 calories and try to include lots of protein and no sugar or bread, don't eat anything after 6pm, you'll lose body fat in no time but remember to take vitamins and supplements

Nah not as in calories intake. What you wanna do is find out your calorie maintenance through Google and eat 300-500 bellow whatever its says. 500 and your hormones will tank
