I have pills with 99mg potassium citrate each and I ate like 8000 cals w hella carbs n sodium about 4 hrs ago. should I take the pills now or tmrw moring to fix my electrolyte balance? also how many mg?

Potassium won't fix it overnight. A diuretic like furosemide would, but you’d have to watch out for rebound afterward. With potassium supplements, the excess salt gets flushed out gradually over several days, not instantly
