Info Biotin supplementation unnecessary

Honestly, I never really thought about biotin much until I tried tracking my nutrients. For a while, I just ate whatever and assumed I was fine, but after actually checking my intake, I realized there are some days when I’m probably not hitting the mark, especially if I skip certain foods. I get why people think supplements are overkill, but I also think everyone's routine and diet are so different it's not that easy to generalize.

I started using this app called Menalam recently which helps figure out if you’re missing anything specific, based on your actual diet and habits. What I like is it doesn’t just tell you to load up on random supplements, it actually looks at what you eat and lives up to being more personalized.
