bloated face or just fat? + fix?

I have lost 40 pounds and will continute to lose more (currently BF 20.2%), but I still have jowls, puffy cheeks, even my nose seems "puffy" and I have not seen any change since I started. What can I do about this? I am almost 18 and I am not concerned about cost/invasive procedures, so I will basically do anything to change this.

also, my eyes look sunken underneath and I wonder if this has to do with how big my cheeks are?

help me fix this nothing is working

i mean 50 is fine might just be bloated drink 2litears of water daily or I recammend coconut water heighest potassieum which is the concentration to resolve water retention also could just have a bannana but wont be as strong

do potassium pills work if i don't want to add calories from coconut water/a banana? Idk if the bioavailability is the same
 
colder regions have wider faces and smaller noses so its probally structural just eat a buch of collagen and debloat and your skin will be like tighter on ur face and youll have less jowls

yeah but urs isnr extreme at all tbh but that would help a lot for now just dont overactive them

yeah mostly just a preventative measure since early aging and sagging is common in my family and i don't want the jowl situation to get any worse if i can help it

how do you know if youre doing that

also does this mean that chewing gum to try and improve the appearance is acutally doing the opposite

yes do not chew gum vro. Focous on your swallowing when you eat, do u use your cheeks, do you move your head, if you do your overusing muscles in ur lower face and causes a bloated sagging look

four years of gum yeah its over for me

i think i chew normally tho so maybe i should just lay off gum to make sure i dont build any more muscle mass

In about 3 weeks of proper chewing and swallowing, and trying to use the buccinator muscle as little as possible, you should notice a difference, which may help reduce ur puffy checks, and drink more than 50ml of water per body kg, and run a least 30 minutes on the treadmill, this will reduce you swelling, try it.

cut out sugar and processed food in general, no absurd diet, eat potassium rich foods and drink coconut water, lymphatic drainage in the morning also it could be the water weight in ur face so do a water retention
