How do I get rid of facial bloating due to sodium intake asap

How do I get rid of facial bloating due to sodium intake asap
the idea of using low-sodium diets to reduce facial puffiness and fluid retention is outdated.

a low-sodium diet actually causes *more* facial puffiness in the long run.

this is because sodium intake lowers aldosterone levels.
Aldosterone increases sodium reabsorption and intracellular sodium levels.

the "puffy" look is caused by elevated intracellular sodium levels—which actually rise when serum sodium drops.

Low sodium intake → Increased aldosterone

Bloating is also often caused by a slow metabolism resulting from excess estrogen. Things to do:

- Raw carrot salad
- Aspirin
- Sun exposure
- Consume more potassium and MORE salt
- Avoid unsaturated fats

I actually have a fast metabolism but last night I had a lot of high sodium foods with soda that's why
