blood pills make me gag why are they so disgusting
they smell disgusting taste disgusting and thru out the whole day i can feel the smell evaporate from my insides to my mouth and i taste it again
sometimes it feels like the pill stayed in my food pipe and i feel like burping and when i burp i feel the taste again and its so yucky

Because they basically use pure iron but in reality you can absorb only ~5% of that kind iron, it's better to switch cooked liver and blood sausages to drastically level-up iron levels in the bloodstream
