blood pills make me gag why are they so disgusting
they smell disgusting taste disgusting and thru out the whole day i can feel the smell evaporate from my insides to my mouth and i taste it again
sometimes it feels like the pill stayed in my food pipe and i feel like burping and when i burp i feel the taste again and its so yucky

I don't understand the feeling of that cause I don't gag about anything cause I'm not grossed out by anything but maybe like after you get it eat something that masks the whatver taste but personally blood pills taste good to me maybe you just have bad ones

Because they basically use pure iron but in reality you can absorb only ~5% of that kind iron, it's better to switch cooked liver and blood sausages to drastically level-up iron levels in the bloodstream

ive had diff ones and they all have this expired bloody taste
