Hello I would like to know how I can improve my bone mass. I am 14 years old and would very much like to avoid surgery or peptides. What I'm currently doing is supplementing with vitamin D3 K2, zinc, magnesium, shilajit, and glycine. I'm also sleeping 8 hours, going to the gym, and eating pretty well. What I still want to know is whether I should switch to a completely raw diet, i.e., raw meat, milk, fish, and organs.
