For calcium to activate for bone mass, you need vitamin D. You need to go outside and see the sunCurios as to what ur guys' methods are for bonemass ive been spamming like 6-8 cups whole milk for months now and have seen promising results but they've started slowing down now.
Ye I do that but what abt k2 im not rlly trynna supplement should i spam raw cheese instead since its got a lot of k2For calcium to activate for bone mass, you need vitamin D. You need to go outside and see the sun
They are both essential. So k2 basically just ensures that calcium gets absorbed & vitamin d boosts the calcium absorption in the bones. So youd get 2x the bone mass if you get more vitamin d. If you lack vitamin d, and you have sufficient k2, you wont really see a difference in bone mass. I hope this helps!
