@Ty8777 you should make this as solution. To add, yes indeed, just follow a good diet, work out a lot (sports for you) and get that good 9 hour sleep for the growth hormone production that happens in later stages of sleep. Above that make sure you have good tongue posture and are not mouth breathing (keep mewing). Good luck!
